I just got my report card for the end of this year which is my junior year and my final G.P.A is 3.083 & my Cumulative G.P.A is 2.724. I understand that the Cumulative G.P.A is from all of my high school grades, but what does colleges look at?

they glance at your cumulative gpa, but they also really take trends into account. like if your cumulative is 3.0 but you started freshman with a 2.5 and finished senior year with a 3.8 cumulative isnt such a big deal.

They look at your unweighted cumulative GPA.

They look at each class you took, what level they were at and what grade you got in them. They will figure out your cumulative GPA for core classes only.

Colleges generally look at your CGPA from sophomore and junior year
