I want to learn Music, as I don't know anything in that field, except "listening to music".

I'm totally clueless on where to begin.

I need to know if there are any Universities or Institutes (It's better to be in the US/UK) that offers courses on Read/Writing Musical Notes, Composition, Instruments Training and Vocal Coaching and every other aspect of this field. plus, I need to know If these universities are offering a Diploma (2 years of studying).

Thanks in Advance. :)

First start with learning to read music. Learning with a piano/keyboard would be best so you don't have to worry with techniques such as fingerings and how to play it (such as learning to play a double reed instrument such as the bassoon), once you have the basics on reading music, use should start with learning scales and playing grade 1 music. After that it's pretty much practice, practice, practice. Once you start to feel secure a little, you can start to learn more theory.

Wow - you really want a broad knowledge of music, but you aren't already a musician? It will be difficult to get a degree in music, without any prior knowledge. Theory 101 classes expect you to have some prior knowledge (at least how to read music!). You would be well-suited for a music appreciation course, however.

I would suggest you start learning an instrument or studying voice (whatever your interest is) with a teacher. If you enroll for applied lessons at a university, you can earn credit for the courses. However, depending on the instrument and your school, they might not accept beginners. Some colleges/instructors only accept experienced musicians via audition.
