You should do a mail list in EXCEL
We do mailing lists for magazines all the time
List in order of how it would go on the front of an envelope
Then put it in alphabetical order or by Zipcode
It depends on how your mailer wants it
Name of person, name of Company, Company Address, etc
Divide the Address up, Street Address in 1 column, then City in a column and State in another column and then Zip in a column. etc.
remember that UPS can not deliver to a PO BOX, so you should use only street addresses if you think boxes/Pkgs would be delivered UPS.
Once you complete your list you can save it on a disk and send to your printer, save it as a .csv file.
