Yes, you can, in fact, some religious schools have actually been recruiting students of other religions. It seems that there are a good amount of Jewish students in South Bend.

Yes, of course. Although the majority of students are Catholic, Notre Dame welcomes people of all faiths. I know several Jewish students at ND.
