I'm currently in high school and during these years, I have received a few awards/certificates from the city and organizations. In example:
California Legislature Assembly Certificate of Recognition
Certificate Of Appreciation by PON
Certificate Of Appreciation City of Los Angeles by Councilmember, 14th District
and such other district member.
Will this help me a good amount for getting admitted into UC's?
Please! Thanks:)

Yes, they will help, but probably not significantly since they hand out quite a few of those type of awards. Generally, the more exclusive the award, like a national award that very few are given, the more it helps.

There is a space to put that info on the common app and other apps, and also you can attach a resume to the common app.

Speak to your high school college counselor about what you need to get admitted into the UC's, the GPA and SAT averages of admitted freshman vary by campus. Make sure you're taking all of the required a - g requirements. Look around the UC websites and the main UC website for more info. If you're a rising senior, it's a good idea to do it now, so you know what is expected of you and can plan, as senior year is hectic.

Good luck!

These are excellent to photocopy and attach to your application. They indicate that you have done really good things outside the high school.
