This is apart of the AP Packet my AP Physics teacher gave us. I am lost; I have never learned this stuff before.

The other responder confused a decimeter (0.1 m) with a dekameter (10 m). Easily done. Here are the correct answers:
17 a,b) 0.1 m = 10 cm
18 a,b) 6*(0.1m )² = 0.06 m² = 600 cm²
19 a,b) 1 L = 1000 cm³ → 1 cubic decimeter = 1 L
20 a,b) 1 kg = 1000 g
