English is a language that uniquely has no set accent. If you travel around the world and visit countries and regions that speak English as a first language, you will be amazed at the variety of accents spoken by "true" English speakers. English is spoken as a first language on every continent on the planet.

French is the exact opposite, the French expect their language should be spoken with the same accent and vocabulary who ever you are, or where ever you live. The French ridicule the people of Quebec because they speak a "dated" form of the language.

With English new words are introduced all the time. In fact the Oxford dictionary of the English language will add a word to their lexicon if only 5 people use a word. So all you got to do is invent a word, get a few people to use it, and walla its English!

But with the French, they have a strict comity assigned to protect the French language. They don't let anything change. It is very difficult to add a word.

The reality is that English is English as long as you make your self understood by English speakers. The only real fixed element of the language is spelling; and even that changes from country to country. For example in America the word is "color", and in England "Colour".

Anyway sound like you experienced some discrimination at that job interview.

maybe try to be around native English speakers...try to pick up on how they say things.

I knew a lady from Korea whose English was very difficult for me to understand, but her Spanish was better, I think because we both learned Spanish in the United States. Go figure.

The easiest way is to talk to English people a lot and others less and you start to pick up on things.

Obviously though, that may be hard if there aren't any native English speakers about and you need to speak in other languages.

Though from your post you've made quite a few mistakes, like is/in, n/and, told i/told me I. If you use those in speech, then you'd need to learn the correct phrases also to be better in English.

....... Maybe you should practice your grammar too... First of all the question should be "What should I do to get a natural english accent?" then the added sentences should be "I am fluent in english and have a god vocabulary, But in one interview, they said I don't have natural english accent eventhough I am fluent." Fluent means that you have good vocabulary and grammar and speak straight and clear, you don't need to have english accent to be fluent, check me out I'm fluent in english myself. Just practice speaking straight and grammar too.
